Pay Rate: $18/hr.

Schedule: Tuesday 12pm-7pm, Friday 12pm-6pm and alternating Saturdays 8am-5pm

What you will do:

• Answer a multi-line telephone in a courteous manner
• Count money in drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
• Run credit card closing reports
• Receive repair orders & process payment from customers
• Receipt in sales deposits/CODs
• Make out receipts and charge credit cards from service customers for over use of fuel in loaner vehicles
• Assist in used vehicle inventory processes
• Assist in loaner process
• All other tasks as assigned by the management team

• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Ability to run a multi-line phone system
• Basic computer (Excel) skills
• Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally & written
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment efficiently
• Excellent time management skills; dependable
