Schedule is Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week.

Compensation: Base hourly plus a monthly bonus based on appointments

What you will do:

• Welcoming clients in person at the desk or on the phone with a warm friendly greeting.
• Answering phone lines in a courteous manner
• Appointment scheduling
• Scheduling valet pick up appointments and working with valet drivers
• Scheduling deliveries
• Assisting clients with common questions and directing them to appropriate field
• Contacting clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts and available prepaid maintenance
• Updating and organizing showroom displays
• Cashiering
• Other duties assigned by management team

• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced setting
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Positive, professional attitude
• Experience with a multi line phone system
• Computer Skills (Excel)
• Must be available to work Saturdays
