Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 with monthly car allowance

What you will do:

• Assist & guide clients regarding MINI products

• Provide informative answers regarding MINI product inquiries

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery prior to customer arrival.

• Deliver new vehicles to customers and lay the foundation for customer loyalty.

• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and their benefits to customers.

• Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Maintain a minimum customer satisfaction standard equal to or above the manufacturer expected average.

Skills needed to be successful in this role:

• Energetic & positive personality

• Must be minimum 18 years of age

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Intermediate computer skills including Excel

• Technologically savvy

• Effective listening & communication skills

• Stellar customer service skills
